<p>  
<p>One of the many questions I get asked on my travels is “<a href="http://www.truthaboutfatloss.net/">Can you tell me how to build the chest</a>”?. There is no greater sign of power than a huge chest and the good news is that the chest muscles are one of the easiest muscles to build. In order to build the chest muscles to the maximum you need to incorporate a system of dumbbell chest building exercises and the flat bench. So here are two of the best chest exercises to help you build the chest you desire.</p>
<p>  How to build the chest:-   Exercise 1       <strong>Dumbbell Incline Press</strong></p>
<p>      Lay on an incline bench, the angle of which should be around 30 degrees and no greater or else the workload is shifted to the shoulders and off the chest. Select a pair of moderately heavy dumbbells. Start with the dumbbells at arm length above the chest then lower slowly in a controlled fashion to a position as low as possible (below the chest) to give that full stretch. Then press the dumbbells back above your chest but do not lock out your arms. Repeat for 8 to 10 reps and 5 sets increasing the weight each tine.</p>
<p>  How to build the chest:-  Exercise 2       <strong>Pre exhaust Fly&#8217;s and Flat Bench </strong> </p>
<p>This is the combination of exercises that will build you a solid striated chest, do these regularly and you will be astounded by the results. These exercises are designed to give maximum results so keep strict form. You will need a flat bench, dumbbells and a barbell.</p>
<p>  Start with a pair dumbbells that will enable you to perform 8 reps with maximum effort. Lay on a bench and hold the dumbbells together pressed above your chest. Now lower the dumbbells in an arc as low as possible (below chest level) then press back in the same arc to the starting position, repeat for 8 reps. When the last repetition is finished drop the dumbbells then without rest, press the barbell off the support to full arm extension above your chest. While breathing in lower the barbell to your chest hold for a second, then press back to the starting position breathing out as you do so. Repeat at least 8 times. The composition of these 2 exercises constitutes 1 set, 3 sets need to be performed.

<p>If you&#8217;re going to be using a treadmill to burn fat and lose weight, then you&#8217;ll want to make sure that you stretch your muscles before you begin. Stretching is important because it prevents injuries that could impede your performance.</p>
<p>I also recommend that people stretch before and after any exercise, so be sure to do your stretching before you start using your treadmill! This will help to increase your flexibility, putting less stress on your muscles. Stretching after your workout is important too to  help prevent pulled muscles and other injuries.</p>
<p>Here are my top tips to help you avoid damaging your muscles while exercising:</p>
<p>1. The first mistake many people make is to try and stretch too far. If you are in pain then you have stretched too far! It is much better to stretch to a position that you find comfortable, and then hold this stance for between 15 - 20 seconds.</p>
<p>2. Always remember to breathe while you are stretching. By practicing some deep breathing exercises  while you stretch you will actually be able to give your muscles a much better workout.</p>
<p>3. Warm up your muscles before you stretch. Some people believe that stretching is the warm-up. But you should walk or jog for a few minutes to get the blood flowing and then begin to stretch.</p>
<p>4. After your workout, you can stretch after you take a warm bath or shower. The hot water will help relax your muscles, and the after workout stretch will feel good.</p>
<p>5. Don&#8217;t bounce during your stretches. You may have seen many athletes on TV bouncing while they stretched their muscles. This can actually cause injury rather than prevent it.</p>
<p>The most important muscles that you need to stretch are not always your leg muscles. Of course, it is important to stretch your calf muscles, quadriceps, and hamstrings, but you also need to stretch her shoulders, abs, neck, and back. Believe it or not, walking on a treadmill provides a full body workout.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t just bend over and hang, trying to touch your toes. Add some additional stretches, such as the splits, lunges, and calf stretches where you stand on the edge of a step or curb and drop your heels to the point right before it becomes uncomfortable.</p>
<p>Whenever you stretch, make your movements slow and precise for the best results. You want to keep some tension on the muscles to help them stretch, but never stretch to the point where you&#8217;re in pain.</p>

Choose low fat meats like chicken and turkey. Eat lean cut if you must eat red meat. It is recommended to eat two portions of oily fish per week, Avoid fatty foods such as cheeses. Deep fried, take away, the high fat content is not going to assist you in losing weight.</p>
<p>EXERCISE:-Increase your physical activity level to between 60 and 90 minutes of moderate physical activity,at least five days every week. This could be anything from a brisk walk to running or swimming. cycling, getting out for a run every morning prior to breakfast,because your glycogen levels are low so you will burn into fat immediately. It might not be possible or practical for many people,but  excellent method of getting the weight off.</p>
<p>Do not expect to lose too much weight in first few weeks.  Losing between 1 and 2 pounds a  week is better, because this is likely to lead to fat loss, than muscle loss. Once you have increased your level of physical activity, you will be toning up muscle which lead to a slight increase of weight on the scales as muscle tissue is denser than fat tissue and therefore weighs more on the scales. Always measure yourself around the waist as this will show a more impressive improvement than the scales given what we have said about the density of muscle fiber.</p>

<p>Sometimes people hope that the answers to their questions will come out in the process of being examined instead of asking them point blank. HMOs and the busy schedules of doctors with waiting rooms full of patients sometimes do not allow the doctor to spend as much time with each patient as they would like. Women particularly need to speak up, because even though they suffer half the deaths from heart disease, doctors hesitate to discuss this subject with them.</p>
<p>Questions that you should ask your doctor include what your <a href="http://heartwellnessnow.com/managing-your-blood-pressure">blood pressure</a> is recorded as and what is normal for you. You need to know what your blood cholesterol and glucose levels are and if they are considered normal. Find out from your physician what tests are recommended for your age group presently and in the years to come.</p>
<p>If medication has been prescribed, do not hesitate to ask if there are side effects, what the drug is supposed to do, and should you take other medication, even over the counter, with your prescribed medicine. Also find out if this is a long term medication or temporary. Tests to monitor the effect of the medication you are taking should be conducted at a later date if it is recommended by your doctor. The liver is one organ that most doctors consider testing when a patient is on certain medicines.</p>
<p>If you always get home and remember something that you forgot to ask the doctor, make a &#8220;need to know&#8221; list and take it with you on your next visit. Do not forget to bring with you the medications that you are presently on as well. If you have more than one health care provider, this is a must.</p>
<p>Add to your list any surgeries or relevant illness that you have had and been treated for in the past few years. This should be in your medical chart so that the doctor can be aware of anything that might cause a problem.</p>
<p>In conclusion, if you think that you may forget what you physician has told you, you can always write it down or record the appointment for later referral. Do not be afraid to check around for a second opinion if you are not comfortable with the treatment that your doctor recommends or if you do not feel that he or she listened to your worries or questions.</p>

<p>Now why anyone would want to live in Death Valley is beyond me but here but Albert Mussey Johnson decided to built his vacation home in Death Valley.  It was supposedly built with the money from the gold mine that he had backed but in fact, there was no gold mine and so it was certainly not built with funds from one.</p>
<p>When you get investors for a mining project you really should have a mine.  Walter Scott had gotten Mr. Johnson to invest in the mine that was supposedly going to make them both rich.  It was working for Mr. Scott until Mr. Johnson decided to come and see the mine for himself.  With no mine to see it was impossible for him to get too excited about the mine.</p>
<p>Mr. Johnson and his wife liked Walter Scott, even after the knowledge that there was no mine.  Mr. Johnson became enamored by Death Valley and with the encouragement of his wife built a vacation retreat.  Although the retreat was actually named Death Valley Ranch it became known as Scotty&#8217;s Castle.</p>
<p>The vacation retreat became a tourist attraction.  The rich and famous came to see the castle built from the riches of the gold mine.  Mr. Johnson never disputed the fact that the retreat was built with the money made from the gold mine.  Probably a good thing for Mr. Scott or he would have been known for the liar he was.</p>
<p>Daily tours are available on the hour of the castle and the living history exhibits and the displays inside the house.  These guided tours will help you understand the lifestyle of the Johnson&#8217;s.</p>
<p>Underground tours are offered at the castle too.  You will see the Pelton Water Wheel that furnished the castle with electricity at the time of construction.  You will also be able to take the 1/4 mile tunnel walk to see what other surprises are there that make the castle special.</p>
<p>Using the technology of the past in conjunction with the technology of today keeps the castle well preserved.  The National Park Service is responsible for maintaining the castle today.  The underground area has been incorporated into the workings of the current management so you will get to see some of that along with history as you tour the basement level.</p>

<p>Chakras are focal points of energy within the body that each and every person has. Whether we realize it or not, our chakras impact and affect our reality and they either help us completely experience life (when they are aligned and balanced) or they prevent us from enjoying life (when they are blocked or out of balance).</p>
<p>Chakra means energy in the Sanksrit language and the idea of chakras has been handed down from the Hindu religion. However, energy doesn&#8217;t know or care about religion; it is a force of nature which passes through us all. The path with this energy takes through our bodies and into (or out of) our personal energy field is the chakras.</p>
<p>Chakras which are correctly aligned have a wealth of benefits for the mind, body and the spirit, which is why chakra meditation is such a good thing to learn. You will be able to perform chakra meditation if you know where your chakras are and what each chakra does.</p>
<p>Situated in important areas of your body like the heart and the top of the head, the chakras influence the organs which surround them and they also play a part in proper energy flow. The number of chakras in your body is seven.</p>
<p>Your first chakra is call the Root Chakra and sits at the base of your spine. Governed by this chakra are your constitution and general health. This chakra is representative of our physical bodies and its relation between the physical and mental aspects of human nature. Each chakra has a color and red is the color of the Root Chakra.</p>
<p>Your second chakra is the Navel Chakra which is, as the name suggests, located in the lower abdomen. This chakra represents your drives towards physical love, including sexual pleasure. This chakra also governs your generosity and is where you will feel giving and receiving. This chakra&#8217;s color is orange.</p>
<p>Next we have our Solar Plexus Chakra which is found just below our chest. This chakra is where our will and our sense of change or transformation is located. Our concentration and control of our own personal energies stem from this chakra. Self control and our discipline of our ego is also found here. The color for this chakra is yellow.</p>
<p>Your fourth chakra is the Heart Chakra, which can be found at the center of your chest. This chakra is representative of your feelings of compassion, love and understanding. Love which goes beyond the physical aspect is part of this chakra. Green is the color of this chakra.</p>
<p>Fifth is the Throat Chakra, which sits between the top of the sternum and your chin. This is the chakra which is in charge of communication and helps you to understand that honesty, expressed through speech can be a source of truth and wisdom. This chakra&#8217;s color is sky blue.</p>
<p>The chakra that is located in our forehead above our eyes is the Brow Chakra. This is commonly referred to as the third eye. Our perception of insight, imagination, intuition and clairvoyance stem from this chakra. The ability to focus on your realization of your own soul is found in this chakra. Divine wisdom and peace of mind is also found here. The color for the Brow Chakra is indigo.</p>
<p>The seventh and final chakra is the Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head. This is the chakra which directly relates to the mind and spirit. The Crown Chakra is what allows us to examine our own consciousness and our place in the universe. The higher self is related to the Crown Chakra, whose color is violet.</p>
<p>If you know the function and the location of each of your chakras, you will be able to practice chakra meditation more effectively. You can use meditations which work on individual chakras, or ones which align them as a whole.</p>
