    Reading the part about - “women who exercise vigorously during pregnancy give birth to smaller but otherwise healthy babies” - Does this mean smaller just at birth or smaller babies leading onto smaller adults. ie for how long does the “small” last.

    Hope this isn’t a silly question and I agree that healthy is far more important that size (plus thinking of the pain - small is beautiful) but tall (for boys at least) is also an important consideration.

    Think I may be becoming an overly worried manic mum to be!
